Description: The Marsal SD-1048_NAT SD 4 Pie Series Pizza Oven operates using natural gas, and features an exclusive Marsal burner to promote an even, efficient bake. The baking chamber itself is 36" x 48" in size and designed to accommodate four 18" pies. The top, front, doors, and sides are constructed from stainless steel and the spring balanced doors prevent heat loss while providing easy access. There is also ultra-high temperature fiberglass insulation which allows for 0" clearance on both sides of the unit. The oven has a 2" thick cooking surface which is thermostatically controlled between 300 to 650 degrees F. A 3 inch space must be left at the rear of the unit to allow clearance for air openings. This model is also made in the USA.
