Equipment Warranty

New Equipment

New equipment is under warranty by manufacturer. Customer must contact manufacturer directly. We will assist you with warranty procedures, providing telephone numbers for service companies and/or manufacturer numbers.

Used Equipment

At DJ's restaurant Equipment, we proudly buy and sell used, high-quality equipment. Our specialists transform our equipment into like-new condition by putting them through restoring and testing processes to ensure that it meets our high standards. We also offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Used Equipment Warranty Specifications

Our 90-day warranty is effective from purchase date and covers defective parts, as well as equipment malfunctions. If you experience a problem during the warranty period, feel free to contact us by emailing djsrestaurantequipment560@gmail.com or by calling (757) 869-3308 for English or (757) 869-3102 for Spanish. We'll arrange to have the item repaired or replaced,  If possible. If a repair nor a replacement is available, we guarantee a full refund of your original purchase price.

Warranties will only apply to equipment that is property installed by a licensed technician, or a licensed plumber. Gas equipment must be property calibrated by the installer. Calibration is not part of warranty coverage. Incorrect connection of equipment (electric or gas), voids warranty of equipment.
